Our London-based client was renting an industrial unit when they approached us about owning a freehold commercial property. At the time, the business paid £150k per year in rent. Their unit was available to buy, and they had agreed to a purchase amount of £2.2 million. The client had raised a 30% deposit, and Mortgage Lolly secured a commercial mortgage for £1.54 million.
